What is Zone Training?

ZONE Training is high-intensity interval training, which is a training technique that you give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Classes are in small groups and 45 minutes in length.

  • Monday 5:30 and 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday 6:00 am
  • Thursday 4:30 and 6:30 pm
  • Saturday 6:00 and 9:00 am
